This stay, generously donated by the Lindley family, includes a seven-day stay at a stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental in Granby. This spacious 2-story house boasts modern furnishings, picture windows, a grill, a Peloton exercise bike, and 2 balconies with mountain views. 

In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, this rental features a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a pack 'n play for additional sleeping options. The indoor living space includes 5 smart TVs, a jetted tub, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island and seating. Guests can enjoy board games, puzzles, complimentary spices, and cooking basics.

Outdoor living is just as appealing, with a lower balcony with seating and a grill, and an upper balcony with a porch swing and bedroom access. The property also includes a high chair, baby gate, and plenty of parking, including a driveway and garage.

Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible and quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM. Stay is subject to availability, with holidays and high season excluded. However, the Lindley family will be as flexible as possible with the auction winner.

Please be advised that all auction items need to be picked up at the Adam's Camp office located at 56 Inverness Dr E, Suite 250, Englewood CO 80112, or at the event. If you are unable to pick up the items in person, shipping is possible at the expense of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding.
