This condo features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bath, and a third bedroom with twin beds + a single futon, and a bath across the hall.  A queen-sized pull-out couch in the living room is available for extra sleeping space.  You'll also have access to the Upper Village Pool with a swim-out pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs.  Also included is a  1-car garage with a driveway for parking up to 2 vehicles, and an in-unit stacked washer & dryer for guest use.

Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted, but service animals are allowed. This condo is unavailable from November to April. Please be advised that all auction items need to be picked up at the Adam's Camp office located at 56 Inverness Dr E, Suite 250, Englewood CO 80112, or at the event. If you are unable to pick up the items in person, shipping is possible at the expense of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding.
